Age Requirement: Participants must be 10 years and older. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Workshop Start Time: All workshops begin promptly at the scheduled time. There is a 10-minute grace period; after this, the appointment will be canceled without refund or rescheduling—no exceptions.

Non-Refundable Policy: All bookings are non-refundable

Rescheduling:

A 48-hour notice is required to reschedule for another available date and time.

Rescheduling requests must be made directly by calling 901-422-3555.

Within 24 hours of the appointment, a $15 rescheduling fee will apply

We are not responsible for any injuries on the premises. Our workshops are designed for safety and education to help prevent any harm while learning the craft.
